At KR Camera Rental, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase and rental experience. Please read our policy below regarding returns and refunds.

1. For Equipment Sales (New & Used)

  • Return Window: Items purchased from our store may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition, including all packaging, manuals, and accessories.

    • New Items: Must be unopened. Open-box returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

    • Used Items: Must be returned in the same condition as sold.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Consumables (such as batteries, memory cards that have been opened) are final sale.

2. For Rental Services

  • Early Returns: There are no refunds for rental equipment returned earlier than the agreed-upon date, as the gear was reserved specifically for you.

  • Defective Equipment: In the rare event that rented equipment malfunctions (not due to Renter misuse), we will provide a replacement immediately or issue a full refund for the rental period.

3. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact our support team at krmediarental@gmail.com or call 714-467-7479. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days after we inspect the returned item.
