1. General Agreement By renting equipment from KR Camera Rental, you (“Renter”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and possess a valid government-issued ID.

2. Rental Period

• The rental period begins at the time of pickup or delivery and ends when the equipment is returned to our facility.

• Late Returns: Equipment returned after the agreed-upon time will incur a late fee equivalent to the full daily rental rate for each day late.

3. Responsibility for Equipment

• The Renter assumes full responsibility for the equipment upon possession.

• Damage: If the equipment is damaged during the rental period, the Renter agrees to pay for the cost of repair. If the item is irreparable, the Renter must pay the full replacement cost.

• Loss/Theft: In the event of theft or loss, the Renter is liable for the full replacement value of the equipment.

4. Deposits and Insurance

• We may require a security deposit or a credit card hold before releasing high-value equipment.

• We strongly recommend Renters obtain insurance to cover rented gear.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the rental start date will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental cost.

6. Condition of Equipment We test all gear before it leaves our shop. The Renter must examine the equipment upon receipt and notify us immediately of any defects. Failure to do so implies the equipment was received in good working order.
